Gym 101

This is a nice and easy class that goes over the basics of the gym. The trainer gives an overview of each machine and observes how they are being used to effectively promote good posture/handling while avoiding injury. This is a great beginner’s class for anyone who doesn’t know how to use gym equipment.

Aqua Dance

Aqua Dance adds all of the benefits of aquatic exercise to popular high-energy dance workouts. It captivates the joy of movement and the expression of life through integrating world rhythms and music. The fusion of aquatic fitness with dance-based choreography will give you, as an instructor, a movement base free from the boundaries of geography and gravity, limited only by the possibilities of the human form.

Walk It Out

There are two ways that this class can be conducted. The first is an easy and calming guided nature walk around your facility — you can provide refreshments for our instructor to pass out. The second way is by providing this class in one room; the instructor will provide different walking techniques to help build stamina and energy but simply walking. Walking methods include walking in place, back and forth, in circles or squares — it is fun and easy!

Aqua Yoga

It’s Yoga, in the pool! Like most forms of water exercise (besides swimming), aqua yoga is super low impact, making it an ideal way for people with joint pain to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion. This style of yoga brings all of the benefits to people who are not able to practice on the mat due to physical limitations, injury, or disease.

Aqua Drums

A fun and accessible class for all body types and exercise levels! It’s basically our Cardio Drumming class in the pool. This class utilizes dance and pool noodle pieces to create a fun and creative workout — the perfect option for a workout in the pool!

Aqua Aerobics

A basic exercise class all done in a pool setting where resistance training plays an easy role in your workout! This class can be done with equipment like hand weights or by simple exercise movements within the pool. Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. Expect exercises like water walking, bicep curls, leg lifts, and kickboard moves.

Mat Pilates

In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscles and core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a reformer class can also be used in a Pilates mat workout.

Zumba / Cardio Dance

A typical Zumba class is designed to strengthen your core muscles, improve your flexibility, and can help you lose weight if you are searching for a program that covers multitudes. Zumba is the perfect alternative to traditional exercise classes that will let you have fun while improving your overall health.

Cardio Drumming

Cardio drumming takes a simple movement — drumming — and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great.

Mindful Motion

A gentle, low-impact movement class inspired by elements of Tai Chi, yoga, and stretching. The focus is on breath, balance, and body awareness — making it a great fit for relaxation, improving mobility, and promoting mindfulness.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.
